We’re spreading warmth this holiday season! SOAR is teaming up with local Madison businesses to launch our very first Winter Wishes Drive .
Visit a participating business with a donation bin, choose an item from the wish list, and help make a difference — by purchasing a needed item or donating essential goods for distribution all season long.

Wellness Groups: CBRT
Join SOAR every Thursday starting October 16 for an eight-week CBRT (Cognitive-Based Resilience Training) series . We'll explore practical skills and techniques to reduce stress, build resilience, and foster wellbeing, engagement, and purpose.
