The SOAR Case Management services help mental health consumers reestablish themselves to become self-sufficient. Our staff will assist with:

  • coordinating services
  • building support networks
  • developing client-centered recovery plans
  • connecting with medical providers
  • psychiatric services and medication management
  • symptom management
  • money management and benefits
  • vocational and educational support
  • housing
  • socialization and daily activities
