Outpatient Clinic

SOAR Case Management's outpatient psychiatric clinic has provided psychiatric care for individuals dealing with serious and persistent mental health conditions in the Madison and surrounding Dane County communities for over 20 years. Under the direction of our medical director, SOAR strives to provide client-centered psychiatry services where individuals are encouraged to take an active role in their treatment. SOAR works to remain concious of and responsive to our community needs and as a result remains one of the only clinics accepting new patients with Medicaid insurance.

Dane County residents over the age of 18 who have Medicaid are potentially eligible for psychiatry services. At this time SOAR is only able to accept the following Medicaid subtypes; “Straight” MA (MA without an HMO) or MA with iCare or Care WI HMO. If you are interested in exploring how SOAR's Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic may be able to support you, please contact us at info@soarcms.org or 608.287.0839 .
